Vortex Desander

Vortex Desander is produced according to the screen separating principle as the solid grains in liquid is revolving in the desander. After entering into the equipment from the inlet of desander with specific pressure, the water flow will produce strong revolving movement. Because of different density of sand and water, with the effects of centrifugal force, centripetal force, buoyant force and liquid drag force, the water with low density will go up and then discharge from the outlet but the sand with high density will discharge from the drainage port at the bottom of equipment. Few small grains floats up together with water flow will be obstructed by the second grade filtering devices in order to achieve the purpose of removing sand. Comparing with Vortex Desander at the present market, it is increased filtering units (filtering precision may be selected by consumers) and it has some advantages, such as desanding efficiency is high, saving some installing spaces, the rate of missing catch to few small solid is low and the work status is stable, and so on.
