Intelligent self-cleaning filter

Work principle:When the filtrate flows from inside to outside of the filtering cartridge, granular deposit and suspended impurity will be intercepted on the inside. The pressure difference of equipment’s inlet and outlet will increase with the growing superficial filth on the inside of each filtering cartridge. After the pressure difference reaches the set value, the discharge valve will open within 30 seconds, and the electromotor will drive the discharge mouth to rotate. When the discharge mouth arrives directly below one filtering cartridge, causing a sharp decline of inside pressure of the filtering cartridge, the pressure difference between inside and outside will rapidly increase that the outer clear water will backwash the filtering cartridge’s inside. The filth on the inside of the filtering cartridge will be completely cleaned within 1-5 seconds (adjustable) for it is one by one washing. After that, the discharge mouth will backwash next filtering cartridge until all of them are completely cleaned.
